BOARD OF SELECTMEN
Special Meeting
April 6, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.  Present were Chairman Raymond Dennehy, Joe O’Brien, Alan Sentkowski and Interim Town Administrator Jill Myers.

Meeting continued from March 30, 2009

Special and Annual Town Meeting Warrants
The Board reviewed the warrants. Alan will review the process.
The Dog Bylaw needs to be revamped. The Board may develop a committee to work on this project.
A new account will be set up for Hearts for Heat.

Hayfields Lease
Dave Caporello was present for the discussion. The current lease with the Stimson’s will be extended through December 31, 2009. The draft fro the RFP for a ten-year lease is pending liability insurance limits. The lease will be awarded in 2010. The ConCom is the awarding authority.

Reserve Fund Transfer
Alan moved to transfer from the Reserve Fund account #01-5-132-780 in accordance with the provisions of MA General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 6, the amount of $7,917.81 to the General Debt and Interest account #01-5-752-000, for the town’s share of interest for the ice storm debt. Joe seconded. All in favor (3-0).

Woodlawn 1986 Extension Cemetery Deed
Alan moved to do bargain and sell to Susan Ollila Boyd, two body lots in the amount of $600.00 in Woodlawn 1986 Extension Cemetery, lot 12-C, spaces c & d. Joe seconded. All in favor (3-0).

FY10 Budget
The Board discussed the budget. A vote on the amount for the town employee heath insurance contribution is pending. Snow and ice will be level funded at $140,000 and Highway Maintainance at $175,000.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 pm. All were in favor (3-0).
